GREELEY – A 4,736-square-foot liquor store has agreed to lease space at the new Centerplace shopping center in Greeley.
Centerplace Liquors signed a five-year lease with mall developer Regency Centers (NYSE: REG) The mall is located at the intersection of 47th Avenue and 28th Street in west Greeley. Anchors for the 273,109-square-foot center include Safeway and Target.
