Real Estate: Fox Run in the hunt for grocery anchor

GREELEY –Developers of the Fox Run project in west Greeley are close to landing a major grocery anchor for the corner of 20th Street and 59th Avenue, a deal that would open the gates for other retailers to sign leases in the 18.4-acre shopping center.

The pending grocery deal could be sealed before the end of August, said Mark Bradley, a broker for Realtec Commercial in Greeley, which is listing the property for the developer, Donaldson & Co. of Fort Collins.
