Advantage Bank breaks new ground
LOVELAND — Advantage Bank recently broke ground on a new 14,000-square-foot building in Loveland that should be completed by late fall, officials said.
The two-level design will include four drive-through teller lanes and an ATM lane. Officials expect to employ 16 at the new bank at 1475 Denver Ave. across from the new Wal-Mart SuperCenter in the 34 Marketplace development.
Advantage Bank of Loveland opened in August 2000. Much of the bank’s growth since then has been from referrals from other clients, said president and CEO Tom Chinnock, with businesses representing the majority of clients. Advantage Bank will continue to serve…
