Nebraska bank lands in Fort Collins

Branch is first one in Colorado

FORT COLLINS — A new player in the Northern Colorado banking world is coming to Fort Collins as Valley Bank and Trust opens its first branch location in Colorado.

The Scottsbluff, Neb.-based lender is leasing a 4,900-square-foot space in Country Club Corners, a one-story commercial building adjacent to Albertson’s supermarket at 1630 N. College Ave. in north Fort Collins.

The building is owned by Dierenfield Fort Collins LLC, a partnership of dentists in California and Hawaii. A five-year lease was signed June 20.
