Water district plans new Berthoud headquarters
LOVELAND – The Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District will be moving out of its Loveland offices into a new $12 million, five-building campus near Berthoud next year.
Construction on the campus is expected to start late this year or early next, according to Darell Zimbelman, water district assistant general manager and chief engineer. He said the move will allow for future expansion of the district and consolidate operations now being conducted in three locations. “That’s just not the best for work efficiency,” he said.
