BURA seems to be moving to Crossroads condemnation

BOULDER ? The public must wait until June 12 to learn the newest plans the city of Boulder will consider for the ailing Crossroads Mall.

City Attorney Joe de Raismes met May 2 in a closed session with members of the Boulder Urban Renewal Authority (BURA) to review a study that contains several scenarios for the mall’s redevelopment.

The study, commissioned by de Raismes on behalf of BURA, was to be presented publicly on May 16 at a regular BURA meeting, which was canceled after the closed session, BURA member Jerry Lee said.
