FDC links to flood hazard data

LOVELAND – A web-based collaboration between Factual Data Corp. and National Flood Research Inc. will provide mortgage lenders and real estate agencies quick access to flood hazard and Home Mortgage Disclosure Act determinations. Through Factual Data’s Web site, www.factualdata.com, customers will be able to retrieve the information, which is required by the Federal Emergency Management Agency on every real estate loan.
