Reynolds Cos. developing new Flatirons Park facilities

BOULDER — Real estate group W.W. Reynolds Cos. is developing four new buildings at Flatirons Business Park in east Boulder. According to Reynolds leasing agent Jeff Wingert, the project, which totals 168,000 square feet, will be similar to other Reynolds facilities, such as East Pearl Business Park.

“The spaces are functional, flexible and very efficient for the tenants,” Wingert said.

Miniature disc manufacturer DataPlay, which is scheduled to occupy two buildings totaling 101,000 square feet at the Reynolds site, will move into the first of its new facilities in October and begin occupying its second structure in November. Picosecond Pulse Labs Inc.…
