McWhinney Enterprises names Enviro Center director
McWhinney Enterprises, in partnership with McStain Enterprises, named J. Ripley Heintz director of the High Plains Environmental Center, the nonprofit interpretive and educational center proposed for Loveland’s Rocky Mountain Village community.
Heintz will participate in environmental planning for the mixed-use development at the junction of Interstate 25 and Highway 34. She most recently served as program director for Denver Urban Gardens. She also worked as a program manager for Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado. Heintz earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut and a master’s degree from the Yale University School of Forestry and Environmental Studies. She began doctoral research…
