Service Metrics launches TurboCupid

BOULDER — Service Metrics Inc., a Web performance rating company, has launched TurboCupid, a site designed to help consumers find the best Valentine’s-related sites online.
TurboCupid provides performance scores for 50 top sites in shopping categories including flowers, food/candy, intimate apparel, greeting cards, jewelry/perfume, gifts and travel. The site will include links to VictoriaSecret.com, Bluemountainarts.com, Godiva.com and FTD.com.
All TurboCupid ratings are updated daily to give e-businesses, press, analysts and consumers an end-user’s perspective of what shopping at each site is like from day to day. E-tailers have come to understand that, like their brick and mortar counterparts, if the lines at the check-out counter are too long or the doors are closed, customers will shop elsewhere.
