Solar Operations and Maintenance for Commercial Properties

One key qualification to consider when selecting a solar partner to install your system is whether they have an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) or service department. Since solar is a long-term asset with an expected lifecycle of 30 plus years, ongoing O&M should be considered up front. A trusted O&M partner will maximize your system’s energy output and therefor the return on your investment.

“Zumba is a dance that started in nightclubs and then became a popular fitness workout,” Balmer said. “We want to put Zumba classes in a nightclub atmosphere.” She hopes to attract young working professionals “starting at about 22 years old.”

Fusion Enterprise is applying for a liquor license and is scheduled to go before the city’s liquor board Sept. 3.

“The space will work for both classes and the nightclub,” Balmer said. “There will be great lighting, plenty of instruction/dance space, disco balls hanging from the ceiling and a small kitchen to prepare food.”

Balmer said she’ll have the ability to host receptions, graduations, holiday parties and business events. She expects to open sometime between late-October and mid-November, depending on when interior construction is completed.
