Zayo completes IPO, nets $282 million

BOULDER – Broadband infrastructure provider Zayo Group Holdings Inc. on Wednesday announced that it had officially completed its initial public offering of about 24.1 million shares.

 

Boulder-based Zayo (NYSE: ZAYO) went public on Friday, selling roughly $1.1 million shares at $19 apiece. The final share tally included the exercise of the full option for underwriters to purchase about 3 million additional shares.

Zayo’s share price rose nearly 16 percent to $22 on Friday in its first day of trading and has hovered around that price this week.
