World Market coming to Fort Collins

FORT COLLINS – Cost Plus World Market, an Oakland, Calif.-based retailer, will open one of its stores in Fort Collins this year, locating in the Front Range Village shopping center.

World Market will occupy 17,000 square feet of the space vacated by Ultimate Electronics at 4357 Corbett Drive when the electronics retailer closed last summer.

Approximately 7,000 square feet of the building will still be available. There is not yet a specific timeline for when the store will open, but Front Range Village general manager Melissa Moran estimates that the opening date will occur in late spring or early summer 2012.
