Wineries in Paonia, Hotchkiss go up for sale

BusinessDen.com reports that two wineries on Colorado’s Western Slope went on the market recently. The 260-acre Terror Creek Winery in Paonia is for sale for $2.9 million, while the Mesa Winds Farm in Hotchkiss — which includes peach and apple orchards in addition to the grape vines — is on the market for $895,000.
