Weld commissioners taking legal action against trucking company
Weld County trucking company Ultimate Services LLC faces closure after operating for a year without acquiring proper permits from the county.
The Greeley Tribune reports that the Board of Weld County Commissioners on Monday voted to file legal action against the company, seeking to force the company “to either move or close its doors.”
The company, located near the intersection of U.S. Highway 85 and Weld County Road 28, did not get the required permit needed to operate its parking and truck maintenance facility on land zoned for farming and housing despite a letter from county notifying company officials a year ago that Ultimate Services was operating illegally.
