Walgreens to use LifePics’ photo services

BOULDER – Drug-store chain Walgreens will integrate Boulder-based LifePics Inc.’s photograph printing operations and services into its QuickPrints technology at more than 8,000 stores.

LifePics Network will provide consumers with one-hour photo prints online ordered through mobile devices or from LifePics-powered websites for in-store pickup in an hour.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

At present, consumers have options to print their photos through LifePics at more than 23,000 total retail locations.

Orders are placed through LifePics mobile apps or LifePics-powered websites for in-store pick up in an hour or home delivery. Consumers can also access LifePics Network Printing through photo.lifepics.com, Photobucket, Google Picasa, Verizon, ArcSoft, and several other integrated solutions. Mobile, social, and software app developers can easily offer printing through the LifePics Network using the LifePics public AP program.
