W.W. Reynolds Cos. buying spree continues with $9.1M Boulder purchase

BOULDER — W.W. Reynolds Cos.’ recent buying spree kept buzzing this week with the purchase of two flex office/industrial buildings in northeast Boulder for a combined $9.1 million.

Through the entities Bhigh LLC and AP One LLC, the Boulder-based real estate investment firm bought 5330 Sterling Drive and neighboring 5360 Sterling Drive from AWR Sterling Properties LLC, an Oklahoma-based group of private investors.

Built in 2000, the buildings have just shy of 40,000 square feet of space each on a total of 3.6 acres. AWR bought the properties in 2007 for $8.85 million. W.W. Reynolds partner Jeff Wingert said Friday that the 5360 building is completely vacant at this point, with MKS Instruments vacating it a few months ago. MKS, meanwhile, leases the entirety of the 5330 building.
