Vail Resorts to expand lift capacity in Keystone, Breckenridge
BROOMFIELD — Vail Resorts Inc. (NYSE: MTN) will upgrade ski areas in Keystone and Breckenridge next season.
The Denver Business Journal reports that the upgrades will include replacement of the Montezuma Express Lift on Dercum Mountain at Keystone, increasing capacity by 25 percent. A restaurant at the base of Keystone’s North Peak will also be expanded.
At Breckenridge, Vail Resorts will replace the Falcon SuperChair on Peak 10, with another 25 percent increase in capacity.
