Urban Land Institute hosting conference on NoCo development projects

FORT COLLINS — The Urban Land Institute Colorado is presenting a conference later this month titled True North: Innovation, Preservation, P3 & Infill that will focus on real-estate development projects in Loveland, Longmont and Fort Collins.

The conference will be from 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Thursday, June 25, at 420 Linden St.

Developers and public officials will talk about more than a dozen significant projects in the three cities, including Block One, a new mixed-use headquarters of Encompass Technologies LLP in Fort Collins’ River District, Woodward Inc.’s corporate headquarters in Fort Collins that is under construction, redevelopment of shopping malls in Fort Collins and Longmont, ArtSpace in historic downtown Loveland, boutique hotel planned for Old Town Fort Collins, and the redevelopment of the site of the former Butterball turkey processing plant in Longmont into residential and retail uses.
