Solar Operations and Maintenance for Commercial Properties

One key qualification to consider when selecting a solar partner to install your system is whether they have an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) or service department. Since solar is a long-term asset with an expected lifecycle of 30 plus years, ongoing O&M should be considered up front. A trusted O&M partner will maximize your system’s energy output and therefor the return on your investment.

“Demand for our beer continues to grow exponentially and ongoing expansion at the current location doesn’t meet our future goals,´ said Upslope’s founder Matt Cutter. “Flatiron Park has the infrastructure that our production brewery needs to take it to the next level.”

Upslope will keep open the brewery on Lee Hill Road for production and as an incubator for new and innovative beer styles.

Upslope’s filtered ale is handcrafted with all-natural ingredients. Upslope’s flagship beers include Pale Ale, Craft Lager, India Pale Ale and Brown Ale.

Hours of operation will be 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. Brewery tours at Flatiron will begin at 4 p.m. daily.
