Tolmar leases new industrial building in Loveland

LOVELAND – Fort Collins-based Tolmar Inc., a pharmaceutical manufacturer, recently leased a new 12,300-square-foot industrial building just east of Interstate 25 that it will use for storage as it continues to build out a major manufacturing facility in nearby Windsor.

The building is at 6820 Powell St. in Loveland.

Steve Kawulok and Dan Leuschen of Sperry Van Ness/The Group Commercial represented landlord Randy King of King Contracting Inc. in the deal, while Erik Broman of Realtec represented Tolmar.

Officials for Tolmar could not be reached for comment.

Kawulok said Tolmar leased the building because it needed the additional warehousing space.

Kawulok said King, who owns several other warehouse properties in the Loveland area built this one on spec.

“He’s one of the few people who have actually built spec into the market,” Kawulok said. “There’s great demand for it so it was nice to see that fulfilled.”
