Tobacco King owner fined $100K for selling spice

The owner of a Longmont smoke shop convicted in June of possessing and selling synthetic cannabis — an illegal drug commonly referred to as “spice” — was ordered by a judge Wednesday to pay a $100,000 civil fine, the largest fine ever in a spice case.
