The Ledges apartments on Boulder’s University Hill sell for $8.6M

BOULDER — The Ledges, an apartment complex in the University Hill neighborhood of Boulder, has sold for $8.6 million, according to public records.

985 Boulder LLC, registered to Robert Green of Boulder, sold the apartments to investors including Hill Investment LLC, Jason W. Hebb and Clifford Brown of Boulder.

The 11-unit apartment complex at 985 16th St. near the University of Colorado Boulder campus has six three-bedroom, four-bath units, and five four-bedroom, four-bath units that lease between $3,600 and $5,150 per month, according to its website.
