Synergy Resources announces 2Q earnings conference call

PLATTEVILLE – Synergy Resources Corp. said Wednesday that it will hold a conference call at 10 a.m. April 4 to discuss results for its fiscal second quarter ended Feb. 28, 2014.

The Platteville-based oil and gas company plans to issue an earnings statement before the call.

Synergy Resources co-chief executives Ed Holloway and William Scaff, Jr., Chief Finance Officer Monty Jennings and Chief Operating Officer Craig Rasmuson will present during the call. A question and answer period will follow the presentation.
