Swingle to open Northern Colorado headquarters in Firestone
FIRESTONE — Swingle Lawn, Tree & Landscape Care on Wednesday said it will open an office in Firestone during the first week of March that will serve as its Northern Colorado headquarters.
Swingle will continue to work out of offices in Denver and Fort Collins.
Swingle’s president John Gibson sees this new 16,000-square-foot building on 3.5 acres at 4104 Sable Ave. as part of the company’s expansion plans.

The company, which has 275 employees, will staff the office in Firestone with up to 50 within the first year.
“We feel this is the right time to continue our long-term expansion plans along the Front Range, while we maintain servicing our customers at the high quality they have come to expect and deserve,” he said.
Thomas Tolkacz, Swingle’s owner and chief executive, purchased the building for $1.1 million in June 2015 through the entity Sable Boulevard Property LLC from Hemmer Ventures LLC, according to Weld County public records.
“Strategically located, the new facility will provide for more efficient routes and better access to service current and new customers,” Tolkacz said.
The company was founded in 1947 in Denver, and it provides residential and commercial lawn care, landscaping and tree service along the Front Range.
