Solar Operations and Maintenance for Commercial Properties

One key qualification to consider when selecting a solar partner to install your system is whether they have an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) or service department. Since solar is a long-term asset with an expected lifecycle of 30 plus years, ongoing O&M should be considered up front. A trusted O&M partner will maximize your system’s energy output and therefor the return on your investment.

Since then, the organization has expanded to provide year-round
sustainable education and trainings and is modifying its name to better
reflect a growing national audience, according to the announcement.

“We want to emphasize our progress as a leading source for sustainable
living education in the U.S.,´ said Executive Director Kellie Falbo.
“We have been at the forefront of the sustainability movement in the
Rocky Mountain region for the past decade and the name change gives new
prominence to the increasingly popular trainings we provide.”

The 12th Sustainable Living Fair takes place this year on Sept.17 and 18
at Legacy Park in Fort Collins, and is the largest event of its kind in
the Rocky Mountain region. It draws 12,000 people and 250 exhibitors
annually from across the country.

“What we have created here with SLA is something that people all over
the country are seeking to learn,” Falbo added. “We hope that through
our name change and enhanced website we are better able to serve
everyone seeking to live a more sustainable life.”
