SummitStone to lease in renovated Orchards Corporate Center

LOVELAND — SummitStone Health Partners has agreed to lease 11,000 square feet of space in Orchards Corporate Center in Loveland after an interior and exterior renovation of the building constructed in 1979 is completed by Fort Collins-based Brinkman Partners.

Renovation to the building at 221 E. 29th St. includes mechanical, electrical, plumbing and infrastructure, along with exterior façade, entry and landscape upgrades.

The project is the latest in a handful of changes within the Orchards Shopping Center, including new restaurants, the expansion of King Soopers and the addition of PetCo.

Solar Operations and Maintenance for Commercial Properties

One key qualification to consider when selecting a solar partner to install your system is whether they have an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) or service department. Since solar is a long-term asset with an expected lifecycle of 30 plus years, ongoing O&M should be considered up front. A trusted O&M partner will maximize your system’s energy output and therefor the return on your investment.

SummitStone will move from an existing office in Loveland and move select services from two of its locations in Fort Collins, where they have maxed out the space.

SummitStone provides mental health and addiction intervention services at 24 locations across Larimer County.

“It’s a great location,” said Michael Allen, chief executive of SummitStone. “It’s easily accessible for our clients, and we believe it will be a good fit for our child and family behavioral health services.”

Plans for the SummitStone space include 22 to 24 offices, two specialized therapy rooms, two play therapy rooms and four to five group therapy rooms. SummitStone plans to open the new location in spring 2017.

The building’s remaining 32,000 square feet is available for lease.
