Summit Cos. to build restaurant, entertainment venue near Ranch

WINDSOR – Summit Cos., a Centennial-based real estate development firm, said Monday that it is planning a $15 million, 50,000-square-foot restaurant and entertainment venue at Eagle Crossing near the Ranch.

The Summit, scheduled to open in mid-2014, will feature a bowling alley and lounge, games, sports bar and live music. The venue also will have a restaurant, Crossroads Tavern & Grille.

Construction on The Summit, financed by Great Western Bank in South Dakota, will begin this summer, Summit Cos. President Dennis Schavietello said. The company has not selected a construction company, but hopes to solicit bids for the project in July.

Solar Operations and Maintenance for Commercial Properties

One key qualification to consider when selecting a solar partner to install your system is whether they have an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) or service department. Since solar is a long-term asset with an expected lifecycle of 30 plus years, ongoing O&M should be considered up front. A trusted O&M partner will maximize your system’s energy output and therefor the return on your investment.

The Summit will play host to corporate meetings, holiday parties, reunions, birthday parties and fundraisers. It will have capacity for more than 1,000 guests.

“When creating this concept, we wanted to include the best-of-the-best entertainment and food experiences,” Schavietello said.

Vaught Frye Larson Architects of Fort Collins will design the venue, and Trifecta Management Group of Agoura Hills, Calif., will manage it.

Summit Cos. has built several multi-million dollar developments in Colorado.
