A new study commissioned by proponents of Amendment 68 on Colorado’s fall ballot says a proposed casino at the Arapahoe Park racetrack near Aurora will generate $418 million in economic impact statewide — but it doesn’t account for any potential business that would be lost by the roughly 40 casinos currently operating in Colorado.
