Stucco Rite owner planning Class A office building in Loveland’s Crossroads Plaza

LOVELAND — Kurt Georgeades, chief executive of Stucco Rite Inc. and SRI Investments of Greeley, plans to construct a two-story, 12,500-square-foot Class A office building within Crossroads Plaza at Crossroads Boulevard and Clydesdale Parkway in Loveland.

Georgeades said the building will have upgraded exterior finishes that feature Stucco Rite’s masonry stone tiles, stucco textures and concrete details.

Matt Rankin of r4 Architects in Fort Collins, and Troy Peterson and Dave Derbes of Flagstone Partners with offices in Loveland and Fort Collins, will work with the city of Loveland to get the necessary permits and approvals to begin construction, Georgeades said.

Empowering communities

Rocky Mountain Health Plans (RMHP), part of the UnitedHealthcare family, has pledged its commitment to uplift these communities through substantial investments in organizations addressing the distinct needs of our communities.

“With letters of intent from two core tenants and almost daily interest from business owners looking for space in that area, we could easily move into our second phase, said Georgeades, “which includes construction of a second office building on our adjacent land.”

Having owned the land since 2009, Georgeades said he knew the day would come when that geographic area would flourish, and that time is now. With the announcement that Loveland-based McWhinney Real Estate Services Inc. plans to build a 56,000-square-foot office building on speculation in the Hahns Peak Office Park across the highway from Stucco Rite’s proposed site, Georgeades said, “the timing was right to ‘green light’ our project.” He expects to announce the project’s general contractor soon and that the building will open in fall 2016.
