Sterling-Rice Group taps Moskow to head culinary practice
BOULDER — Elizabeth Moskow, former restaurant and dining critic for the Daily Camera, has been appointed culinary director at Boulder-based ad agency Sterling-Rice Group.
Moskow will help oversee SRG’s culinary practice, an integral component of the firm’s consumer insights, brand strategy, brand positioning, new product innovation, advertising and design services. She also will contribute to the firm’s culinary trend and insights work from its commercial kitchen, part of a 14,000-square-foot Experience Design Center. SRG opened the center in 2014.

Moskow has owned and operated a marketing and communications consultancy focused on emerging brands and food-service companies, and has served on SRG’s Culinary Council for six years. The council is a 175-person team of experts and food celebrities from around the world who advise SRG on emerging food, food-service, beverage and food culture trends.
Moskow is also CEO and co-owner of Balm Chicky Inc., a startup cosmetics company that manufactures and markets the Balm Chicky Balm line of all-natural lip balm. She holds a patent for The Friend End tube, a container design that makes sharing cosmetic and personal-care products with friends more hygienic.
