Solar Operations and Maintenance for Commercial Properties

One key qualification to consider when selecting a solar partner to install your system is whether they have an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) or service department. Since solar is a long-term asset with an expected lifecycle of 30 plus years, ongoing O&M should be considered up front. A trusted O&M partner will maximize your system’s energy output and therefor the return on your investment.

Work will include updating service and kitchen countertops, installing new, larger booths, refreshing the millwork throughout the restaurant, plus new cabinetry and flooring in two of the original five buildings and refinishing of the original hardwood floors throughout the other three buildings. The parking lot at the rear of the building will be re-paved.

“It has been 29 years since we fully renovated the Silver Grill,” said owner John Arnolfo, who purchased the café in 1979. “It is just the right time for some new and upgraded features that will carry us into the future while retaining the same Silver Grill atmosphere our valued customers have come to enjoy.”

There will be other improvements sometime between November and spring 2017, according to a prepared statement.

McCauley Constructor’s project manager for the project is Anna Fluckey, and the project superintendent is Bryan Cooley.
