Securities commissioner files complaint against US Capital Inc.

Colorado’s securities commissioner on Monday filed an injunctive relief order against US Capital, a defunct Boulder-based hard-money mortgage lender that allegedly misled investors and violated the anti-fraud provision of the state’s securities act.
