Seattle investors buy building housing KDVR, KWGN

DENVER — A Seattle-based commercial real estate investment group has purchased the Denver home of KDVR-Fox 31 and KWGN-2.

The Denver Business Journal reports that Urban Renaissance Group purchased the 100,000-square-foot property at 100 E. Speer Blvd. for $23 million. The property was sold by Tribune Broadcasting Denver, a subsidiary of Tribune Media Co. of Chicago.

Urban Renaissance also owns other properties in downtown Denver.
