San Francisco investment firm makes 2nd Colorado tech acquisition in weeks

San Francisco investment firm Vista Equity Partners, which earlier this year acquired Denver software company Ping Identity, has made another purchase in the state.

The Denver Business Journal reports that Vista has reached a deal to now buy a majority stake in Denver-based Granicus, which makes cloud software for local governments. Granicus, which moved to Denver from San Francisco last year, employs 90 people at its headquarters.
