SUPERIOR – Friday morning commuters can get an update on FasTracks and the Northwest corridor’s transit plans at the McCaslin Park-n-Ride, on the eastbound side of U.S. Highway 36 in Superior.
Chuck Sisk, Regional Transportation District board chairman and District O representative, will be on hand from 6:30 to 8:30 a.m. to provide information, answer questions and field suggestions about issues including the U.S. 36 express-lanes project, bus and bicycle shelters, the progress of FasTracks planning, and the bus rapid transit system opening in 2016.
Other representatives of RTD also will be on hand. Complimentary snacks will be available, as well as RTD route and schedule information.
RTD and 36 Commuting Solutions plan to hold similar events at other Park-n-Ride locations along the U.S. 36 corridor this summer.
