Richmark Holdings pays $14.2M for Max Flats apartments in Fort Collins
FORT COLLINS — Greeley-based Richmark Holdings Inc. has purchased the Max Flats boutique apartments in Fort Collins for $14.2 million from developer Brinkman Partners, according to public records.
RHI 1 Max Flat LLC, registered to Richmark Holdings Inc., purchased the 64-unit apartment complex at 505 S. Mason St. from 203 W. Mulberry LLC, an entity registered to Kevin Brinkman, a co-founder of Brinkman Partners.
Officials at Richmark Holdings and Brinkman Partners did not return calls Monday requesting comment.
