RGS Energy reschedules 2Q report Aug. 19

LOUISVILLE – RGS Energy (Nasdaq:RGSE) said it has rescheduled its second-quarter conference call to Tuesday, Aug. 19 at 2:30 p.m. Mountain Time, because the company needs more time to complete the accounting and reporting of the consolidation of businesses acquired earlier this year.

Real Goods Solar Inc., doing business as RGS Energy, is a Louisville-based solar provider.

Financial results will be issued in a press release prior to the call.
