Reynolds’ entity buys land, plans 3-story building

BOULDER — EAT 1416 LLC, an entity controlled by W.W. Reynolds Cos., has purchased vacant land at 4700 Pearl Parkway in Boulder for $3.1 million where it plans to build the Pearl Parkway Centre.

The entity bought the land from Pearl Parkway Centre LLC, which had purchased it in 2007 for $1.75 million. Neil Littmann and W. Scott Reichenberg of The Colorado Group Inc. were principals of the selling entity and represented themselves in the sale of the property. Jeff Wingert of W.W. Reynolds Cos. represented the buyers.

The former RTD Park-N-Ride lot sitting on nearly three acres will be developed into a three-story commercial office building. It will have approximately 55,000 square feet of rentable space. It is zoned for retail/restaurant uses along with limited professional office.
