Solar Operations and Maintenance for Commercial Properties

One key qualification to consider when selecting a solar partner to install your system is whether they have an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) or service department. Since solar is a long-term asset with an expected lifecycle of 30 plus years, ongoing O&M should be considered up front. A trusted O&M partner will maximize your system’s energy output and therefor the return on your investment.

Greeley was one of the five most affordable markets in the state with an average listing price of $231,893. The most affordable market in Colorado is Monte Vista at $178,680.

High-priced Aspen and Vail were not on the list because the report only includes markets with at least 10 four-bedroom, two-bathroom homes listed for sale between January  and June 2014, said spokeswoman Annik Spencer. She said the qualification allows the report to provide a more accurate average listing price, as opposed to the price of one or two outliers that may happen to be listed.

Other cities in Northern Colorado and the Boulder Valley that made the market report were:

No. 6, Longmont, $470,729

No. 7, Loveland, $468,959

No. 9, Estes Park, $448,830

No. 10, Broomfield, $441,531

No. 11, Windsor, $419,792

No. 13, Erie, $404,390

No. 19, Fort Collins, 368,743

The average listing price in Colorado is $407,789.

The report ranked Los Altos, Calif. as the most expensive market in the United States. The average four-bedroom, two-bathroom home in the Silicon Valley market costs $1,963,100.
