Real estate turnaround leads to low inventory

Who would have thought, given the housing doldrums of a few years ago, that real estate professionals in the Boulder Valley would be complaining about lack of inventory so soon?

But that’s exactly where we find ourselves in Boulder and Broomfield counties, where a lack of available homes on the market could do more to reduce sales volumes than rising interest rates.
