PVHS, Anthem team up to offer insurance plans

Poudre Valley Health System is collaborating with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield to offer health care plans for Northern Colorado employers.

The new plan will be called HMO Select and will have an effective date of July 1. It will be available to both small and large group employers.

HMO Select’s hospital benefits will be exclusive to Poudre Valley Hospital and Medical Center of the Rockies, as well as PVHS’s urgent care centers and radiation centers in Greeley, Loveland and Fort Collins. A group of independent physicians and Poudre Valley Medical Group will also be included.
