Psychologist buys office building in Gunbarrel

BOULDER – Psychologist William Frea closed recently on the $753,500 purchase of the 4,930-square-foot office building at 6672 Gunpark Drive in Gunbarrel.

Broker Keith Kanemoto of Re/Max Traditions, who represented Frea in the deal, said Frea is relocating his child-therapy practice from California to a portion of the building on Gunpark Drive.

Frea purchased the building from Chernoff Boulder Properties LLC, led by Seth Chernoff. Brokers Dryden Dunsmore and Hunter Barto of Dean Callan and Co. represented the seller.

Chernoff has relocated a business, Streamline Interactive Communications, out of 6672 Gunpark and into another property he owns, according to Dunsmore.

The building on Gunpark Drive, which backs to the Boulder Country Club, includes three tenants aside from Frea’s new practice. Frea will continue to lease the portion of the building he’s not using.
