Potential development in works at Link-N-Greens

FORT COLLINS – The City of Fort Collins Streets Department will hold a meeting next week to inform neighbors of a proposed project on the Link-N-Greens golf course.

The meeting is planned for 5:30 p.m. on Aug. 20. Allen Ginsborg of NewMark Merrill Mountain States will be present at the meeting to share his plans for the 100-acre property.

Uses being considered in the overall development plan of the project are retail, commercial, general office and campus-style light industrial, according to a notice sent to property owners.

The site is zoned Community Commercial Poudre River District, and the development plan is subject to a review and public hearing by the Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Board.

The site is roughly bordered by East Lincoln Avenue, North Lemay Avenue, East Mulberry Street and Riverside Avenue. The Cache la Poudre runs through the site. The exact address of the Link-N-Greens golf course is 777 E. Lincoln Ave.
