Pink Rocks Rocked!

The Women’s Resource Center held its sixth annual Pink Rocks Awards Luncheon on Friday, May 18, 2012, at the Lincoln Center in Fort Collins. The Pink Rocks Award Luncheon is hosted by the Women’s Resource Center to recognize and honor outstanding contributions to the advancement of health efforts in Larimer County. Funds raised help the Women’s Resource Center connect residents of Larimer County to free or reduced cost screening mammograms, dental care, and care for breast, cervical, and reproductive issues.

This year’s Pink Rocks honorees were:

• Randia Morrow, Sunrise Community Health Center: Outstanding Medical Professional
• Marianne Pearson, Poudre Valley Cancer Network: Outstanding Patient Support Services
• Exempla Saint Joseph Hospital, with special recognition to Ernest Trujillo: Outstanding Medical Provider
• The Women’s Clinic of Northern Colorado, with special recognition to J. Bradley Stern, M.D. and Nancy Arrieta: Outstanding Medical Provider
• Skye McKenzie: Outstanding Survivor Advocate
• Joel Kaines, DDS: Schaefer and Kaines Family Dentistry: Outstanding Community Leadership
• Christina Dawkins, Co’s Auto Group: Outstanding Community Awareness
