Osthoff promoted to Bank of Colorado charter president

FORT COLLINS — Shawn Osthoff, formerly executive vice president of Bank of Colorado, has been promoted to the bank’s top spot following the retirement of Tom Goding on Jan. 1

In his new role, Osthoff will oversee the growth of the bank’s 33 branches, including two locations added with the acquisition of Greeley-based New West Bank, a deal awaiting regulatory approval.

Bank of Colorado is headquartered in Fort Collins and has branches across the state, including some on the Western Slope.

The bank holds more than $2 billion in assets, with real estate and agricultural loans making up the largest piece of its portfolio.

The bank’s holding company, Pinnacle Bancorp, is based in Nebraska.
