The 14,000-square-foot building sits on roughly an acre of land at the southeast corner of Pratt and Second Avenue. The seller was Double L Co. LLLP, an entity of former Longmont Times-Call editor and publisher Dean Lehman and his sister Lauren.

Smith said an undisclosed tenant is leasing the building currently for storage space, but that lease expires Aug. 31.
