Theda has more than 10 years of domestic and international human resources experience in high-tech, services and retail organizations. Previously, Theda was director of human resources at GoPro, a consumer electronics company, and Jive Software.

ARCHITECTURE, CONSTRUCTION

Louisville-based Real Goods Solar Inc., a residential solar-installation company, hired Mark Chapman as operations manager in its office in Denver. Chapman has five years of solar industry experience, most recently as the operations director for SunTalk Solar. Prior to SunTalk, he was the operations manager for Standard Renewable Energy in Boulder.

BANKING, FINANCE

Boulder-based Premier Members Federal Credit Union appointed Peter S. Jansky II to its board of directors. Jansky serves as manager of Worldwide Treasury Operations for Ricoh Production Print Solutions, where he manages treasury and banking activities in more than 30 countries. Reappointed board members include Harvey A. Kamionka, Michael Meyers and Matt Rarden.

BIOSCIENCE

Boulder-based BiOptix Diagnostics Inc. appointed Michael W. Routh to its board of directors. Routh’s career spans more than 30 years in the analytical instrument industry split equally between top executive and senior functional leadership roles in such companies as Varian, Applied Research Laboratories, Baird, Thermo Fisher Scientific, BioRad and most recently, General Electric.

MANUFACTURING

Boulder-based Dynamic Materials Corp. (Nasdaq: BOOM), a manufacturer of explosion-welded clad metal plates, appointed Kevin Longe to executive vice president and chief operating officer. Longe’s experience includes time at Sonoco Inc., Lydall Inc. and Electro Scientific Industries.

PRINTING

Louisville-based printing and graphics firm Global Imaging hired Erica Martin as a graphic production specialist and Daniel Sawyer as a technical systems specialist. Previously, Martin worked for Denver Custom Signs as a production assistant and graphic designer. For Global Imaging, Martin will work on website maintenance and enhancement of brand online presence, graphic production and design and support in marketing collateral. Sawyer has more than 20 years experience in digital systems and print workflow solutions, and with a wide variety of print processes including direct to garment printing, embroidery, sublimation, laser etching and wide format. He is also a trained software and applications specialist. He will work in the technical services department providing installations, training and technical support for the portfolio of wide and grand format equipment, software and accessories.
