Office building on E. Horsetooth in Fort Collins sells for $3.1M

FORT COLLINS — Lewis Melvin Johnson has acquired an office building at 375 E. Horsetooth Road in the Wild Wood Business Park in Fort Collins for $3.1 million.

Johnson bought the two-story 13,589-square-foot office building from Shores V LLC, made up of Jared Goodman, and Maureen and William Stockover, according to public records. The owners constructed the building in 2008, that joined five other buildings in the park that have different owners, Goodman said.

Goodman, a broker with Cushman and Wakefield’s office in Fort Collins, represented Shores V LLC in the deal.

“We received an unsolicited offer that was very good,” Goodman said.

The building is 100 percent leased. It is occupied by Anderson Consulting Engineers, Brighter Future Vision Clinic and AgraCity Crops & Nutrition Inc.

Johnson could not be reached for comment, nor could Cole Herk or Stuart Thomas of Cushman & Wakefield, who represented Johnson in the deal.
