NoCo investors pay $2.4M for Greeley apartments
GREELEY — A group of Northern Colorado investors paid $2,375,000 recently to purchase a 30-unit apartment complex near the Greeley Mall.
CFR Investments LLC, an entity managed by Alex Schuman, bought the property from Arkadia LLC and Tiny Properties LLC, entities based in Parker and Englewood, respectively. Schuman, of Schuman Cos. Inc., brokered the deal for the buyers, while Brian Mannlein and Cole Herk of DTZ represented the sellers.
Dubbed the Southmoor Townhomes, the eight-building complex sits on the southeast side of the Greeley Mall on the north side of 30th street.
